Description

The Zaffa Group of Malaysia Arts School of Johor presents a creative dance known as the "Joget Kasih Si Dia". Joget dance is a popular Malay social dance in Peninsular Malaysia, especially in the state of Melaka. This "Her Love Joget Dance" describes the sweetness of young love in a crowded fiesta. Dance movements such as attracting, protecting, teasing, and showing of affection portray the young love theme. The umbrellas are used as props to symbolize the gentlemen's love for the beautiful ladies, where each position and movement of the umbrella has an implied meaning. “Her Love Joget Dance” portrays the ladies’ heart desire.
